Is my 6-year-old eligible?

Children must be 7 by August 5, 2026. Advanced 6-year-olds may qualify for a waiver — call the Admissions Committee at (706) 489-4065 or (404) 729-1520 for a waiver code before registering.

Can my child attend only 2 or 3 days a week?

No, part-time enrollment is not permitted. Students are expected to attend every scheduled class, Monday through Thursday, 5:30 PM–7:30 PM. Absences must be communicated in advance. 3 unexcused absences in a semester or 3 excused absences in a month may result in dismissal from the program.

Can my child enroll on a part-time basis to accommodate school clubs, sports, or other extracurricular activities?

No, part-time enrollment is not permitted. Our intensive program requires mandatory attendance four days a week to ensure proper spiritual and academic progress. Please note that middle school extracurricular activities generally do not impact or contribute to future college admission profiles. Consequently, students enrolled in our program are not allowed to participate in optional school clubs, sports, or other external activities that conflict with our schedule.

Is there a refund if we withdraw?
A full refund of tuition charges is available if a formal withdrawal request is submitted within the initial two weeks of program enrollment. Following this two-week introductory period, tuition for the active billing cycle is strictly non-refundable, though any prepaid tuition for subsequent months will be prorated and issued back to the account. Material fees are eligible for reimbursement only if all distributed educational items—including textbooks and learning materials—are returned to the administration in pristine, reusable condition
Are financial assistance options available for families unable to meet the full tuition requirements?

Yes, need-based financial assistance is actively available to support families facing financial constraints. To apply, please navigate to our Darul Huda Masjid Financial Assistance Page and thoroughly complete the online request form. Once your documentation is submitted, please immediately contact our administration team at (706) 489-4065 to verify receipt and discuss the next steps in your application evaluation.

Are students permitted to bring or use cell phones, tablets, or other electronic devices during the program?
No, personal electronic devices are strictly prohibited during program hours. Because our daily session is only two hours long, we maintain a completely distraction-free learning environment to maximize instructional time. Students are not allowed to possess or use cell phones, tablets, or any other digital items without explicit, prior approval from the management.
