No Project Too Big Or Too Small
As of February 2024, significant progress has been made towards advancing Phase 2 of our Land Development project. Securing the necessary permit from Gwinnett County marks a pivotal milestone, enabling us to proceed with the next stage of our endeavor. This phase entails the Construction of 226 parking spaces along with 300ft long retaining wall on the northern boundary of the property. Moreover, essential groundwork includes implementing a comprehensive drainage system, establishing walkways/pathways, and the strategic planting of trees to enhance the site’s aesthetics and functionality.
Additionally, Phase 2 encompasses the foundational groundwork for our new Masjid building, a development that holds profound significance for our community. Currently, our dedicated construction team is evaluating proposals from various contractors to initiate this transformative phase of our project.
InshAllah, we anticipate commencing construction activities during the auspicious month of Ramadan in 2024, underscoring our unwavering commitment to progress and service to our community. Furthermore, our esteemed engineers have diligently crafted 70% of the building plans, which are poised for submission to the county for requisite approval, heralding the onset of Phase 3 and bringing us closer to realizing our shared vision.

- By the grace of Allah (SWT) when we collected 70% of the total cost for contractor to start the project
- One year permit expired on May 25th 2018 but construction could not start due to insufficient funds.
- To revise and getting wall approval with permit extension took 4-5 months in total
