Disclaimer: Vendor Responsibilities

By registering for the Darul Huda Masjid Events in Snellville, GA, vendors agree to take full responsibility for:

• Their setup, including tables, tents, and power supply.

• Each vendor can occupy up to 10 feet space maximum to fit up to 2 tables
• Ensuring the all the food items are certified halal,
  • All chicken products must be sourced from hand-zabiha suppliers to maintain our standards.
  • Any cheese used must also be certified halal

• Any incidents, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

• Proper insurance coverage for their participation.

• Clean-up of their assigned space at the end of the event.

The Darul Huda Masjid is not responsible for any property damage, injuries, or losses related to vendor participation.

Payment & Safety Policy

By completing this registration, vendors acknowledge the following:

• Payment Policy: All payments for vendor spots are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

• Safety Policy: Vendors are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for themselves and attendees. The Darul Huda Masjid is not liable for any unforeseen occurrences, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or natural disasters.

Vendor Removal Policy

The Darul Huda Masjid reserves the right to remove any vendor from the Eid Festival at any time if they violate:

• The policies and guidelines set by the masjid,

• Islamic principles in their conduct, behavior, or business practices, or

• Any legal regulations that may affect the integrity or safety of the event.

No refunds will be issued in such cases, and the vendor must vacate their space upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Vendors may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the event to qualify for a refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 weeks after cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during registration.

• Vendors who cancel within less than 24 hours before the event or fail to attend will not be eligible for a refund unless approved by the official masjid management.
